The question's prompt is the audio taken from the CY side of the card. The learner has choose the correct EN answer (in text form) from the options provided.
(The options are taken from the MCQ (CY prompt -> answers in EN) above, so we don't need to double-up on authoring work. It isn't perfect since we're limited to needing to reuse options, but budget constraints dictate this approach)
We don't have an EN -> CY version because we only have EN audio for the first 2 Progression Steps.
